  I wish that I had seen this before I hired them to treat my mother house she is 83years old. I call them about the bed bugs a young man came out, took my money told us what to do and they would be coming out to spray. They come out but we saw bugs in about 2 weeks. I call the same rep that came out to make sure I had the cash. He sent them back out but I don't believe nothing was done if it was it was very little because the next morning 3 bed buds was on my mother stomach in her bed where they cover her bed I kill those then she was in her chair there was another crawling on her shoulder. I have tried to contact Kile but he will not return my call. Tried to speak to the manager I left my number with the secretary but he want retuning my call. I pray to God I wish I had seen this before I hired them. But I was desperate trying to get relief for my mom. But what goes around come around. And to have the nerve to be talking about Jesus when he came. But you know what? I already know what my God can do.

  Paid Orkin to get rid of bed bugs. They tented the house, and treatment took 24 hour plus. When returned to home there was a sign on the door stating it was safe to re enter. There was still a very chemical smell in the home that burned ours eyes and made us cough. After the cost of 2800.00 the bed bugs came back in 6 months. Called Orkin and they sent out their technician. He wrapped up our couch and pillows in plastic and used strips to kill the bed bugs. We were to leave the it outside for 7 days. He also put silicon in the walls at the electrical sockets. This was a cost of $1200.00 for this treatment. They came back again, this time in 5 months and we are still plagued with these bugs. The technician says we are re introducing the bug, but we have not been on a trip, stayed at anyone else home, and only visit the required places. Supermarket, pharmacy, doctor. This is a huge rip off, and I hold them accountable for this. We were told that the fumigation would take care of it. We are not happy campers. This is my permanent home, I can't just pick up and move.
